Event Registration

If your organization wishes to hold an event on the trail please complete the event request and registration form to avoid competing events on the same date in the same area.  A certificate of insurance is required for any event involving 25 or more people.  For-profit organizations should also include a $50 fee for events to be held on the trail.  Nonprofits are not required to pay a fee, but donations are welcomed.   • I certify that I am in good physical condition, fit for participation and aware of the risks of racing. I agree to comply with all rules, including wearing a helmet, and I assume all risks and liabilities related to my participation. I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive and release Redbank Valley Trails Association, all landowners, any municipalities or other public entities, their respective agents and employees, and all volunteers and sponsors from all claims, damages or injuries suffered by me while participating in this event. I give my permission for the free use of my name, picture or likeness for any purpose related to this race.
