The Board of Directors is a 9-member board elected to 3-year staggered terms at the annual meeting in May.  At the 2025 annual meeting in May, 2025,  Bernie Marocco and Sandy Mateer were re-elected to another 3-year term.  Steve Wiencek was elected to a 3 year term replacing John Corsini whose term expired.  Officers were reelected to the same positions previously held at the organizational and regular board meeting held following the annual meeting.

The dedicated individuals of the Board of Directors have expended countless hours working on trail development, maintenance, administration and promotion.  We are grateful to them and all of our volunteers who make the trail possible and a wonderful asset for Redbank Valley and the entire area.

We were very sad to report the death of Board Member Chuck Marsh in late January 2022. Chuck had been a dedicated Board Member since 2015 and was instrumental in the development and improvement of the Sligo Spur.  The Board voted to name the Cherry Run Bridge in his honor.   Long time volunteer, promoter and supporter Terry Mateer died in March 2022.  The Board voted to name the mile 19 bridge over Long Run Arch after Terry as he was the first to report the July 19, 2019 arch washout disaster to the Board.  The Ray Doverspike and Bea Willeumier Bridges are also named in memory of  a past board member and volunteers.
