Notice:  A special meeting of the membership was held on Monday, April 19, 2021, at 7 PM at 419 Arch Street, New Bethlehem, PA 16242  for members in good standing to vote in person on proposed amendments to the Bylaws.  The purpose of the amendments was to update the Bylaws as the original Bylaws were adopted in 2010,  to save costs and clarify procedures.  Please see the attached document for the text and proposed amendments to the Bylaws.  A Ballot was provided at the meeting. The amendments were approved by more than 2/3rds of the members present after a quorum was established and are now in effect.  RVTA thanks those members who attended the special meeting.
