The annual membership meeting is open to members in good standing. Members who have been members for at least 45 days before the annual meeting are eligible to vote for directors to fill 3-year terms and for other matters coming before the membership. Members who have been members in good standing for at least one year and one day are eligible to serve on the Board if elected.
