The 9-member Board of Directors meets the 1st Monday of each month at 7 PM in even numbered months at the New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church at 403 Penn Street at the corner of Rt. 66/28/Wood Street and Penn St./861 and in odd numbered months at the Brookville Presbyterian Church, 100 S. White Street at the corner of Main and White. The Board includes members from Clarion, Armstrong and Jefferson Counties.
Board members must be a member for at least one year and a day to be elected to the Board. The operations of the Association are under the control and direction of the Board of Directors. Meetings are open to the public and members and visitors are welcomed to attend and participate.
The Annual Meeting is held in May. At the annual meeting, members who are current in membership fees are entitled to vote for election of directors to the Board of Directors and other issues that come before the membership.
